Accommodation

The Villa has 3 air conditioned Bedrooms, two with Dressing Rooms and Ensuite Bathrooms. The third bedroom is a separate timber bungalow. All bedrooms have Queen sized beds and the finest linen.

In addition the Villa features an open plan living area comfortably furnished to take advantage of the outstanding ocean views and soothing tropical climate.

A separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen is set in the tropical garden and ponds. An additional dining Bale is also featured at the Ocean front side of the property overlooking the 12.5m pool and ocean.

Telephone, Television, DVD, VCR and CD players are also featured in the Villa.

The soft furnishings are wonderfully comfortable and are ideal places to sit, relax, read, watch TV or simply lie in the sun.

Location

Everything about this Villa is beautiful—the open Bali style architecture, the setting on the white sand of Nusa Dua adjacent to the 5 star Conrad Hotel, the outlook over the beach to the Ocean with Nusa Penida Island in the background and the volcano Gunung Agung to the East.

The location is close to 5 star Hotels, shops and restaurants of Nusa Dua.

The Villa is staffed with a full time Balinese cook expert in preparing 5 star Balinese and European dishes as well as 2 maids.
